Informative and engaging
Wanted the opposite of a ‘tour bus on the water’ experience, and this was absolutely it! Reinhard greeted us at our hotel, and was our cultured, humourous, and agreeable Captain for our 2hr private salon boat tour of Amsterdam’s canals.
The conversation flowed as freely as the wine and snacks as Reinhard was at times informative and engaging, or otherwise quietly discreet when we wanted ‘family’ (picture) moments.
The 1930’s boat itself is polished, immaculate, and cozy, yet even has an appointment for ‘rest’ stops on a longer tour. Cannot recommend highly enough!
